The advantage of this version is explained pretty obvious. Due to the fixed length of the chain, the outer ball holds the AnalBall fix at the desired location in the anus, similar to a butt plug. Since the polished chain but has only 2.4 mm in diameter, the anus can be closed without by a thick ridge prevented from being.
The round outer sphere can be ideally adapted in size to the anatomical needs. And by the optional length of the chain can be placed and held directly behind the sphincter at the prostate of AnalBall fix are ideally placed.

There is this AnalBall also in a version with internal ball (AnalBall-i). Since the movement of the inner sphere can not be perceived by the low weight at small sizes, there are the AnalBall-i (with inner sphere) only in sizes 34 & 40 - 60 mm diameter. The sizes of 20-30 mm & 35 mm are massive versions (passive).

The sizes 34 mm and 40 to 60 mm are equipped as active versions with internal ball.

The chain length (distance between AnalBall and outer sphere defaults to about 34 mm. Differing lengths are naturally selected.

The weight of the Analballs, massive amounts depending on the size and the chosen followers about:

20 mm Ø = 40-100 g - 25 mm Ø = 80-140 g - 30 mm Ø = 120-190 g - 35 mm Ø = 200-270 g

The weight of the AnalBalls with inner sphere is chosen depending on the size and trailers about:

34 mm Ø = 110-190 g - 40 mm Ø = 160-230 g - 42 mm Ø = 180-250 g
45 mm Ø = 235-310 g - 50 mm Ø = 260-340 g - 55 mm Ø = 280-360 g
60 mm Ø = 380-450 g - 70 mm Ø = 450-520 g
