Shipping
We ship within Germany for € 4.90. We ship to Europe and many other countries for € 11 - 34. The respective shipping costs are automatically shown before the order is completed.

We also ship to DHL packing stations within Germany. Please enter your postal or packing number as delivery address - to be entered as shown with slash / after the surname - as well as the number of the packing station - to be entered under "Street".

Please ALWAYS enter your correct address with the correct spelling!

Unfortunately, it is now the case that around 30% of all customers are unable to provide their correct address. Most customers just write everything in lower case. Many either put a comma behind the street name or put the house number directly behind the street name without spaces. Some customers state the correct postcode, but the wrong place or the district in which they live, which unfortunately does not match the postcode. For us, this causes an additional workload of 30 seconds to 5 minutes per address, since this has to be researched on the Internet and corrected by hand before the shipping software or DHL accepts it.

Delivery & Payment Information
After placing your order, you will receive an automatically sent order confirmation to your specified email address with a list of the goods you have ordered. When purchasing in advance, our bank details for transferring the purchase price including shipping costs will be automatically given to you. The goods are sent in a normal, brown box without any imprint. Only the name Rainer Lichters and the address appear as the sender, so that no one can understand what the box contains. We only deliver by post or DHL. Of course, delivery is automatically announced by our shop system by email with tracking number and link for tracking.
