Since it is not easy to exchange used hygiene items, we offer conversion to a different size - depending on the model - for Ben-wa, love plug, love ball, anal ball, microstring, anal or vaginal bones, if you have problems with the selected size per ball 14 - 30 € + shipping to. We use the pendants (chains & ornaments / final balls) of the returned Loveplug / AnalBall for their new version. In this way, the risk of a bad buy is eliminated. We do not exchange trailers for reasons of hygiene.

With microstring, anal ball bingo, anal or vaginal bones, only the large ball is exchanged. The used ball must always be re-ground and polished to remove the impression of the sleeve. In addition, there are costs for the chemical cleaning of the non-hermetically sealed ball.
When converting to a larger version, the corresponding surcharge according to the price list is always added. When converting to a smaller version, we will offset or reimburse the excess.
The offered conversion is only possible within 14 days after purchase, provided the goods are not damaged or scratched. We do not take back damaged or scratched goods. Under certain circumstances, however, a complete processing is possible, which we will then have to charge you for.
In addition, according to the price list under> Service, we offer maintenance / repair / reconditioning if this is possible within 2 years of purchase. The parts are reprocessed, possibly ground & polished. If you tell us your wishes by phone or email, stating your telephone number, we will be happy to make you a non-binding offer. If you send us the used product cleaned, we can check this and then of course submit a binding offer.
We ask for your understanding that uncleaned goods cannot be taken back and cannot be processed.
